Digging Up Nostalgia

Near the copper mining town of Jerome above the Verde Valley, the Gold King Mine exploited a small gold deposit. After the mine closed it became an informal collection ground for old license plates, signs, tools and other Old West metallic junk. Today the formless collection has been tidied up and is being developed as a museum.
